Has been practicing hula for the past 45 years. She studied under Kumu Lia Kamminga and received her title of Kumu on September 10, 2018. As a retired educator she enjoys watching her student learn proper hula technique as well as learning about the Hawaiian culture. Join her on Tuesdays at 5:30pm for the Beginner Class, 7 pm for the Intermediate class and Thursdays at 7 pm for an authentic cultural experience.
Carrie has been teaching fitness classes for 10 years, A NASM Certified Trainer
She is an AFAA certified group instructor also certified Dance Fitness and TRX.

Yoga Teacher Training Facilitator
We're dedicated to making various forms and levels of yoga available to everyone:
ASHTANGA inspired, IYENGAR, ANUSARA , SHAMBHALA and HATHA yoga in the traditional Indian methods. BEGINNER GENTLE YOGA, YIN, RESTORATIVE and KIDS
We also offer a HOT(Hatha yoga and Inspired Ashtanga yoga) studio, with humidifier to maintain the relative humidity.
We offer variety of classes, courses, and workshops that shed light on the interpreting and incorporating the nature of yoga with all other aspects of life. We welcome your questions, feedback and insights as you and we evolve.
Bonni Sue is an experienced and certified Yoga Teacher who has completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training while living in Northern India in 2016. She is a Reiki Practitioner working with energy and breath. In 2016 she became successfully certified to teach yoga and mindfulness to kids and teens.
